No returns or exchanges
Saras Udyog does not accept returns or exchanges after dispatch, on ready products (SU- codes) and on made-to-order goods (MT- codes) alike. Please check the photographs, the option table, the size and the quantity on the product page before you pay, and ask us on WhatsApp or email if anything is unclear.
For made-to-order work, a sample order of 10 metres (₹3,500 + 5% GST) lets you approve the construction and colour before the bulk order.
Cancellation
- You can cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, on ready products (SU- codes), made-to-order designs (MT- codes) and samples alike. Write to sales@macramethread.com or message +91 90794 16666 on WhatsApp with your order reference. The full amount is refunded.
- After 12 hours, an order cannot be cancelled.
- If we cannot supply an item you have paid for, we tell you and refund the full amount for it.
Damaged or wrong item
If a parcel arrives damaged, or the item is not the one you ordered, write to us within 48 hours of delivery with your order reference and photographs of the parcel and the item. We replace the item or refund it.
Failed or duplicate payments
If money is debited but the order is not confirmed on the website, or you are charged twice for one order, the extra amount is refunded in full. Write to us with the payment ID shown on the checkout page.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method (the UPI ID, bank account or card the payment came from), through Razorpay, within 5 to 7 working days of the cancellation or approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show the credit. Orders paid by bank transfer are refunded to the same bank account.
