Outside India: worldwide shipping by zone and weight
We ship to 90 countries by air courier (DHL, FedEx, Aramex, DTDC) or air cargo. The shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay and is the same amount shown with our products on Google. It is calculated from the zone of your delivery country and the maximum packed weight of the order: for cords, braids and tapes that is the ordered length × the heaviest that construction can weigh per metre, plus packing; for baskets, mats and packs it is the packed weight, including volumetric weight where couriers apply it.

★ Final shipping will be calculated when your order is packed and weighed. The amount charged at checkout is the maximum for your country. If the courier bills us less, we refund the difference to the same payment method within 5 to 7 working days of dispatch. You are never charged more than the amount shown at checkout.
Heavy orders: air cargo and sea freight
Orders above 30 kg travel as air cargo to the nearest airport of entry, where the receiver or their agent clears them; door delivery of cargo is arranged on request. Where the air-cargo charge would exceed the limit that Google allows us to show for a country (about 1,000 US dollars, euros or pounds, or ₹1,00,000), the checkout switches the order to sea freight, port to port; if even sea freight exceeds that limit, the order is quoted by email instead of sold online.
