Ordering online
- On the product page, choose the option and the quantity, then press "Buy now" or "Add to cart".
- At checkout, enter your name, mobile number, delivery address and PIN code (email and GSTIN are optional), and accept these terms and the cancellation and refund policy.
- Pay online by UPI, netbanking or any other method shown in the Razorpay window. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
- The order is confirmed when the payment succeeds. You see the order reference on the confirmation page, and a GST invoice is issued for the order.
Ordering by WhatsApp or email
You can also send the product code, option, quantity and delivery PIN code on WhatsApp (+91 90794 16666) or to sales@macramethread.com. We confirm the order total and send the payment details; you pay by UPI or bank transfer, and the order is confirmed when the payment is received.
Prices
All prices are in Indian rupees. Ready products (SU- codes): the price on the product page is per pack and includes GST; shipping in India is free. Made-to-order designs (MT- codes): the price is per metre with GST 5% extra, the minimum order is 2,000 metres per product reference, and the product page shows the total including GST. A sample order of 10 metres costs ₹3,500 + 5% GST. The amount charged is the total shown at checkout.
Outside India: shipping is charged at checkout by destination zone and maximum packed weight (see the shipping policy). ★ Final shipping is calculated when the order is packed and weighed; if the courier bills less, the difference is refunded. Import duties and taxes in the destination country are paid by the receiver.
Payment
Online orders from India: UPI, netbanking or any other method shown in the Razorpay window. Online orders from outside India: international card through Razorpay, or bank transfer against a proforma invoice (email us your order number). Orders by WhatsApp or email: UPI or bank transfer. We do not offer cash on delivery.

Cancellation, returns and refunds
No returns or exchanges after dispatch. An order can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing it. Cancellation, failed payments and refund times are covered in the cancellation and refund policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
