The wick decision, honestly
Wick construction is the one supply that can sink the product. What a factory owes you is consistency: the same construction and ply, roll after roll, so a size you validated once stays validated. The Diwali calendar
Work backwards from the festival date. Retail wants stock about two weeks before Diwali, which means pouring through the two months before it, which means wick and packaging in hand about eight weeks ahead. Add production time on our side for custom put-ups or dyed-to-shade packaging, and the comfortable enquiry window opens about three months before the festival. For Diwali 2026 (8 November) that worked out as enquiries in August and wick in hand by mid-September. Made-to-order wick is dispatched 20 to 25 days after the order is confirmed, then about 2 to 6 days by courier from Jaipur; the risk is never the courier, it is the making time in front of your order.

Unwaxed, on rolls or spools wound to the length your waxing line runs — brands and converters do the waxing, tabbing and cutting to their own wax system. Can packaging ribbon and pouches match our brand colour?
