Why does in-house tipping matter for bulk buyers?
Because loose aglets kill reorders. A lace can be perfectly braided, colour-matched and cut to spec — if the tip pops off in your customer's hands, your brand eats the return. Honestly, most wholesale shoelace complaints we've seen over two decades trace back to outsourced tipping, done on someone else's schedule to someone else's standard.

What types and sizes of shoelaces can you order?
A shoelace is a woven cord — flat, round or oval — finished at both ends with plastic tips called aglets that stop the ends fraying. We produce all three constructions:
- Flat laces — sneakers, school shoes, canvas footwear; widths from 5 to 15 mm
- Round laces — dress shoes, boots, hiking footwear; 2 to 6 mm diameter
- Oval laces — athletic shoes, where flat slips through eyelets and round unties; the sports favourite
Standard lengths run 45, 60, 90, 120, 150 and 180 cm, but length is truly custom — we cut from continuous braid, so 73 cm costs the same as 90 cm. Polyester gives strength and colour-fastness; cotton suits waxed, heritage and dress styles. Shade matching happens in our own dye house, against your Pantone reference or a physical swatch.
How strong is demand for shoelaces right now?
Stronger than most buyers assume. Google search data (July 2026) shows 4,400 monthly searches for shoelaces in India alone, with demand peaking every December as festive gifting and winter footwear season overlap. The same Google search data (July 2026) scores the keyword at a difficulty of 44 — established sellers hold the page, but mid-size brands can still rank and resell against the big footwear houses.
